The stewed partridge I tried was absolute bliss! Plus, the pressure-free vibe of the nearby OXO Tower Restaurant and the cozy Eats & Bits Cafe had me buzzing with excitement. Definitely a win for culinary explorers!
The sauna left me a tad underwhelmed, with chilly feet from the gap at the door and no steam or stones to warm them up. A cheeky oversight in an otherwise sparkling experience.

Prime location near attractions, stunning Thames river views, aesthetically pleasing lobby
Miscommunication from staff could be improved!!! Several amenities, like toiletries, were missing or inadequate, which is disappointing for a luxury hotel!!!

The breakfast was a highlight, featuring freshly baked pastries and a wide range of organic options. The views of the Thames from the lobby and dining area were simply stunning, creating a serene atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly, like I was family, which is rare in places like this. The spa experience was top notch, just what we needed to unwind after a long day.
Not the cheapest place around but for what you get, was still acceptable.
